Job Description: Business Development Manager (Salesperson) – uPVC Doors & Windows Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team in the uPVC doors and windows industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of uPVC doors, windows, and related products. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Meet with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote products. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable uPVC door and window solutions. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and product presentations. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Coordinate with the installation and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain proper sales records, reports, and pipeline updates. Requirements Proven experience in sales (preferably in building materials, uPVC, aluminum, or fenestration industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred). Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
