Job Title: Frontend Developer Company: FastCode.AI Location: Bangalore (In-office, 5 days/week) About FastCode.AI: We’re a 30-person AI/ML company building production systems for major clients. Our engineers work directly with designers and backend teams to ship real products that power enterprises across industries. Growth here is fast, many of our team members started out writing simple UI components and now lead full-stack delivery for Fortune 500 clients. About This Role We’re hiring a Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building clean, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. You’ll work closely with backend engineers and designers to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences. What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications • Implement user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services • Ensure scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Write clean, testable code and participate in reviews • Stay current with the latest frontend technologies and practices We’re Looking For • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Hands-on experience with React (experience in other modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or Angular is also valued) • Familiarity with RESTful API integration • Exposure to visualization/rendering libraries (WebGL, Three.js) • Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility standards • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have • 1-2 years of professional experience in frontend development • Contributions to open-source projects Compensation ₹8-16 LPA based on experience Why FastCode.AI • Learn directly from industry veterans who’ve worked at Apple, Mercedes Benz and contributed to world-class research and engineering. • Join alumni who’ve gone on to lead engineering at US startups, co-found companies, and become Industry leaders • Work on real production systems for major clients, not just POCs • Ship code that survives Friday deploys and impacts millions • Grow faster than anywhere else, we’ve proven it works!
