Fasiculus is looking to hire an Operations Manager for its Gurgaon Office, India. Position Name: Operations Manager Reports To: Director - Operations Location: Gurgaon Number of Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities: Manage Customer Communication and Relationship: Efficient and professional customer communication and relationship management. Allocate Resources: Efficiently allocate resources to maximize productivity while controlling costs. Order Management and delivery: Plan, execute, and manage delivery of orders strictly as per schedule Optimize Processes: Enhance efficiency and ensure best practices in all departments Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain team to ensure smooth operations and deliver high quality on time. Quality Control: Develop and enforce robust quality control processes to ensure high standards. Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to ensure a smooth supply chain and consistent material availability. Qualifications and Competencies B-Tech in Printing and Packaging Technology/ Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechatronics MBA in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred. Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in printing, packaging and related industry. Remuneration Based on the candidate's experience and promise to deliver.
