The R&D Intern supports the Research & Development team in exploring new ideas, materials, trends, and techniques to enhance the brand’s product innovation. The role focuses on assisting with fabric research, design development, sampling coordination, and documentation. Responsibilities: Assist in researching global fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishment techniques. Support the development of new concepts, swatch boards, and design references. Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, embroidery, trims, and new materials sourcing.
