Job description 1) Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Production Management of women's couture Designer Garments (only Female for the Role) **** Preferably worked in an Indian Bridal Designer Brand 2) Need to have a Fashion or Merchandising Degree 3) Previously should have done the role of Production Merchandising 4) Should be skilled in technical knowledge and garment construction 5) Overseeing the production process 6) Drawing up a production schedule 7) Drafting a timescale for the job 8) Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed 9) Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality 10) Liaising among different departments, e.g. (Pattern/ Cutting/ Artwork/ Machine and Hand Embroidery). 11) Working out the human and material resources needed 12) Ensuring production is cost effective 13) Must be able to multitask 14) Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team 15) Able to work under pressure
