We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer specializing in sarees to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traditional Indian textiles, embroidery, draping styles, and modern fashion trends. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing unique saree collections that cater to both traditional and contemporary tastes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design original saree collections (including concepts, patterns, and motifs) aligned with brand identity and market demand.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging trends.
Select appropriate fabrics, colors, embroidery styles, and embellishments for each design.
Collaborate with artisans, tailors, and production teams for sampling and production.
Create mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations using software like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
Ensure design quality, fit, and finish through regular sampling and fittings.
Innovate within traditional saree formats – such as pre-stitched sarees, fusion styles, or mix-material designs.
Stay updated with seasonal fashion trends, especially in ethnic and festive wear.
Coordinate with the marketing team for styling photo shoots and promotional campaigns.
