Manage and process customer orders from receipt to delivery. Monitor inventory levels and escalate shortages when needed. Communicate order status, delays, or changes to customers and internal teams. Verify accuracy of orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Resolve order-related issues, complaints, or discrepancies promptly. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Prepare regular reports on order status, backlog, and fulfillment performance. Qualifications & Skills Any female graduate/post graduate. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
