Sales order booking, Invoice booking in tally with Invoice set printing. (for all outward)  Coordination at warehouse for the parts confirmation.  E-Waybill generation.  Maintaining the stock at service center with proper details and identification.  Outward sheet update manually in excel as per manual delivery challan.  Parts recovery reports sharing to accounts & controlling all fresh stock.  Reporting about required parts, packing material after every 15 days to Stores In charge.  Local repair parts PRS processing, Courier transportation Invoices checking monthly.  Attend quarterly physical stock take & stock reconciliation.  Co-ordinate for warranty replacement export shipment.  Preparing Grn’s for sales billing orders.  Co-ordinate with FSE regarding spare parts version related & ledger creation form follow-up.  Follow up with courier agent for booking the shipment and followup for regarding shipment delay.  Documentation part of all commercial invoice/sales invoice/LR copies has to maintain Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
