We are looking for a motivated and confident female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional manner, and the ability to handle customer calls efficiently. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining positive relationships to achieve sales or lead targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM (e.g., Kommo or Excel). Follow up with interested leads and close sales or appointments. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
