Company Description Farmcult is an agritech startup dedicated to cultivating and delivering chemical-free, fresh produce grown in tech-enabled hydroponics farms in the Chandigarh Tricity area. By decentralizing food production, Farmcult aims to grow crops close to urban centers, helping to solve farm-to-fork supply chain challenges. Our mission is to keep the agri-food supply chain as short as possible, ensuring fresh produce reaches consumers efficiently. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hydroponics Trainer based in Chandigarh, India. The Hydroponics Trainer will be responsible for educating and training individuals and groups on hydroponic farming techniques. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, creating training materials, monitoring hydroponic systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing continuous support to trainees to ensure successful implementation of hydroponic practices. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of hydroponics, including system setup, nutrient management, and plant care Experience in teaching or training individuals or groups, with strong communication and presentation skills Technical skills related to monitoring and troubleshooting hydroponic systems Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field is preferred Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovative farming techniques Show more Show less
