The Plastic Surgeon will be responsible for performing various surgical procedures, including reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting pre-operative consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, performing surgeries with precision and care, and providing post-operative care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Comprehensive medical knowledge and surgical skills in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic procedures. Ability to assess patient needs, diagnose conditions, and develop customized treatment plans. Strong patient care, communication, and counseling skills to ensure clarity and comfort throughout the treatment process. Technical proficiency in the use of medical equipment and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and best practices. Medical degree (MBBS) and specialization in Plastic Surgery, along with any necessary board certifications and licenses. Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain thorough medical records. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.
