Will look after the day to day operation of the factory/plant in place. The work will involve the following: Ensuring production is in place on a day to day basis. Planning inventory/sourcing raw material as per the demand. Handling the factory staff and planning their work/overlooking the entire production process to ensure timely completion. Ensuring all food safety standards: FSSC 220000, BRC, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI hygiene are met during production. Controlling the complete supply chain. (Supply chain management) Working with suppliers, distributors, transporters. Maintaining excellent relations with all factory stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring invoicing/dispatch of batches is proper and according to pre set standards. Continuously working on process improvement for high efficiency and output of the plant. Keeping all records of sourcing, production and dispatch. Handling all factory related issues (if any) during production. Taking appropriate steps and involving the right people in discussions. Taking part in Research and Development of new products and planning. It is one of most crucial roles in our company and expects a highly committed and driven individual for all the tasks. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Fresh Bachelors of Technology or Masters of Technology Graduate Location of Candidate: From or near Jalgaon, Maharashtra or willing to relocate to Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Highly Motivated and Driven Individual. Hard Working and a Quick Learner. Able to prioritize work. Able to work under pressure and focus of priorities. Willing to travel as required. Able to handle difficult situations without causing any harm to the assets. Highly adaptable to any situation. Willing to do all the jobs required on the manufacturing floor whenever needed. Willing to work in a startup environment.
