JOB TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:- A. Skills: Crop Management & Data Collection and analysis Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to make decisions in stressful environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in managing farm records and financial documents. B. Role S upervise work on farms with profitable and managing farm sustainably Responsible for Short & Long - Term planning, supervising, budgeting, inventory and assets maintaining and project managing work on farms Producing optimal yield and quality Crops Finding best crop, Soil preparation, Sowing, Manuring, Irrigation., Weeding, Harvesting, Storage - with use of modern tools C. Compliance and Operations: Ensure all farming operations meet NATURAL ways Developing and implementing new techniques. Monitor and analyse existing operations, crops, livestock, and financial documents to recommend and implement Prepare and implement plans and schedules - Pre & Post Budgets D. Staff Management and Coordination: Coordinate and supervise farm workers, ensuring productivity, efficiency and adherence to standards. Handle staff scheduling and performance evaluations. Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations. E. Resource Management: Maintain accurate farm records, including operating costs and market trends. Role & responsibilities
