Role Description This is a full-time Supervisor role that is on-site and located in Krishnagiri district. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring that the facility operates efficiently. The role includes coordinating schedules, monitoring staff performance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Qualifications Experience in staff management, scheduling, and team coordination Ability to handle customer service and resolve issues effectively Knowledge of facility operations and hospitality industry standards Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Krishnagiri district Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
