Family Manager - Mahim Family Room Manager - BJ Wadia Hospital, Parel Salary: 20-40 K per month Qualifications: Family Manager Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a people facing role, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, or community service sectors. Experience in supporting vulnerable communities (children or families) is desirable. Basic comfort with maintaining records and interacting with volunteers or vendors. Family Room Manager Minimum upto 5-6 years of work experience in a people facing role, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, or community service sectors. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities Family Support & Guest Services Assist in welcoming families and orienting them to House rules, facilities, and routines. Provide ongoing support to families during their stay, responding to needs with empathy and care. Flag any family related concerns or emotional distress to the Centre Officer for appropriate action. Ensure that families adhere to House rules and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces. Operations Support Help the Centre Officer to maintain daily records of family check-ins, room occupancy, and supplies. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room readiness, cleanliness, and stock levels. Monitor pantry, laundry, and hygiene supplies and inform the Centre Officer of replenishment needs. Report facility maintenance issues or emergencies to the Centre Officer promptly. Volunteer & Activity Support Support volunteer engagement by assisting in setting up activities or family engagement sessions. Help coordinate the logistics of recreational or wellness activities for resident families. Be present during volunteer visits and assist with smooth execution of their planned efforts.
