Provide ongoing support to families during their stay, responding to needs with empathy and care. Flag any family related concerns or emotional distress to the Centre Officer for appropriate action. Ensure that families adhere to House rules and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces. Operations Support Help the Centre Officer to maintain daily records of family check-ins, room occupancy, and supplies. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room readiness, cleanliness, and stock levels. Monitor pantry, laundry, and hygiene supplies and inform the Centre Officer of replenishment needs. Report facility maintenance issues or emergencies to the Centre Officer promptly. Volunteer & Activity Support Support volunteer engagement by assisting in setting up activities or family engagement sessions.
