Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, located in Chandigarh. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, drafting proposals, and handling procurement activities. The role involves evaluating market trends, preparing and submitting tenders, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Additionally, the specialist will communicate with various stakeholders, analyze data for decision-making, and maintain accurate records of all tender activities. Qualifications Tender Management and Procurement skills Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and data Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
