Statutory Compliances of Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, CL(R&A) Act, PF Act, ESI Act, Payment of Wages Act, Workmen Compensation Act and Mining Rules and any other Act or Rules applicable to Coal Mines. Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development. Manpower Planning, Ensuring Pay Rolls, Wages Administration, Compensation and Benefits, , PF & CMPF, Labour Welfare, Full and Final Settlements. Team Management between entire Coal Mines Division. General Administration & MIS. Liaison with Govt. Depts. i.e. Mines Dep't, Labor Dep't, Factory Inspector, Health & Safety Dep't, CMPF Office etc. Plan formulation in consultation with the Director/Mining General Manager for recruiting and on boarding the required manpower to meet operational requirements. Preparing HR polices & Strategies and its implementation & documentation of such practices and its verification. Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management, also, coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Processing Payroll and submitting the CMPF, ESI, BONUS, JPT and Other statutory returns. Completing necessary Insurance and medical cover formalities.
