Senior Odoo Procurement & Order Management Coordinator Location: Remote (Preferred timezone: EST or close) Full-Time | Immediate Start Position Summary: We are hiring a highly experienced Odoo professional to take ownership of our procurement and order management process. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Odoo specifically the Purchasing, Sales, Invoicing, and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident managing complex orders from start to finish within the Odoo ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using Odoo Issue customer invoices and ensure accuracy in billing and documentation Track and update order status at every stage from confirmation to delivery Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to coordinate timelines and shipments Ensure consistency and alignment between Quotes, POs, Invoices, and Delivery Orders in Odoo Maintain clean procurement records and generate reports from Odoo when needed Troubleshoot and improve Odoo workflows for greater efficiency Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo must be highly skilled in Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, and Inventory modules Demonstrated ability to manage procurement and order fulfillment exclusively through Odoo Strong organizational and multitasking skills Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally with suppliers and clients Experience with international shipping, Incoterms, and B2B procurement is a plus Background in the oil & gas, industrial, or engineering sector is preferred
