Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist based in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, consulting with clients to identify their needs, supporting cloud computing initiatives, and developing business process improvements. Daily tasks will include managing solution architecture, providing technical guidance, ensuring smooth deployment, and delivering end-user training. Qualifications Strong Communication skills for client interaction and teamwork Expertise in Business Process improvement and Consulting Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Cloud Computing Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Relevant experience in IT services and project management Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or related fields are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Show more Show less
