We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Field Agent to support our sales and business development efforts by generating high-quality leads in the field. This role involves visiting targeted locations, identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and capturing key information to support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable working independently in various environments. Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients/customers within assigned territories. Introduce the company’s products or services, creating interest and awareness. Capture detailed lead information including contact details, client needs, and readiness to engage. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales or marketing teams. Build rapport and maintain a positive image of the company during all field interactions. Submit daily or weekly reports on leads generated and field activities. Provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
