Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Parul University, located in Vadodara. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, designing curriculum, conducting research, guiding students in their academic pursuits, and participating in departmental and university activities. The role also involves evaluating student performance, contributing to academic publications, and attending faculty meetings. Qualifications Excellent teaching and lecturing skills Strong research and academic writing skills Curriculum design and development experience Effective student guidance and mentorship abilities Commitment to participating in departmental and university activities Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
