HR & Administrator Entry-Level to 1+ Year Experience Location: Thāne, Maharashtra, India Department: Human Resources We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR department. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 1 year of experience or freshers eager to start their career in Human Resources. The HR Administrator will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department. Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services and products Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, procurement activities, and budget expenditures for management review. Identify and assess suppliers for goods and services required by the organization. Maintain organized records of vendor agreements, communications, and performance evaluations for future reference and audits. Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of vendor management ,Purchasing and procurement processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
