Job Title: Factory Supervisor – Fiber Handling Location: Near Shri Ram Dharam Kanta, Pooth Khurd, Delhi-110039 Experience Required: 2-3 Years Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Overtime Floor Work: 80% on the factory floor, 20% in office/computer tasks Key Responsibilities: · Supervise the daily operations of fiber handling and related processes in the factory. · Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards in fiber molding and fabrication. · Oversee and lead a team of workers, ensuring productivity and meeting manufacturing targets. · Manage inventory and materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. · Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. · Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth factory operations and timely deliveries. · Conduct regular training and provide guidance to junior staff. · Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control in the production area. Requirements: · Experience: 2-3 years in a related field such as manufacturing, fabrication, iron and steel fabrication, fiber molding, or related sectors. Freshers with an interest in fiber handling and factory operations are also encouraged to apply. · Good understanding of fiber handling and molding processes. · Experience in supervising factory operations and managing teams. · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. · Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting. · Knowledge of safety standards and quality control in manufacturing environments. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications in fiber molding, manufacturing, or related fields will be an advantage). · Prior experience in fiber handling or related factory supervision is preferred.
