Factory Manager/ Sr. Factory Manager

As a part of Alom Poly Extrusions, you will be involved in the manufacturing and introduction of Double Wall Corrugated Pipes for the Waste water transportation segment in India. Our product range includes Telecorr and Alcorr, which cater to cable protection duct requirements and waste water transportation networks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the overall organization, management direction, and control of all functional departments within the factory - Ensuring that production outputs meet the set quality standards and forecast requirements - Effectively managing and supervising plant operations To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - M.Tech/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant engineering discipline - CIPET qualifications are preferred - Experience in HDPE/PVC plastic extrusion is advantageous - A minimum of 10 years of experience is preferred If you are seeking to work in a dynamic, innovative, and challenging work environment where you can showcase your skills, we welcome you to reach out to us.
