We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back-End Process Executive to manage data, coordinate documentation, and support day-to-day business operations. The role involves handling backend processes to ensure smooth functioning and accuracy in company workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Perform data entry, data verification, and quality checks. Support internal teams by providing necessary backend assistance. Process and manage orders, invoices, and other operational tasks. Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely completion of processes. Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com/BBA preferred). 0–2 years of experience in backend operations or similar roles. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
