Business Development Manager – LOS/LMS Solutions Location: Delhi NCR Experience Required: 2–3 Years Industry: Financial Services / Lending Technology / SaaS Employment Type: Full-time About the Company: Factorwise is a technology company. We are a fast-growing fintech company offering end-to-end digital lending infrastructure to NBFCs and fintechs. Our flagship solution is a modern Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) with CRM, designed to streamline short-term loan processing, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ECL provisioning and third-party risk model integration. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling technology solutions to financial institutions, especially NBFCs. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of loan products and lending workflows, excellent communication skills, and a strategic, consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities within NBFCs and digital lenders in India. • Drive end-to-end sales of the company’s LOS/LMS + CRM solution – from lead generation to deal closure. • Conduct high-impact product presentations and demos for stakeholders including CXOs, Risk Heads, and Operations. • Understand client requirements and recommend solution configurations accordingly. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; manage CRM and reporting dashboards. • Collaborate with product, integration, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding. • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., IndAS 109/ECL), and competitive offerings. Required Qualifications: • 2–3 years of proven experience in selling software/technology solutions (preferably LOS/LMS, CRM, or automation platforms) to NBFCs, fintechs, or banks. • Strong domain understanding of loan products, credit processes, and NBFC operations. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers. • Based out of Delhi NCR, with the flexibility to travel for meetings as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Exposure to SaaS-based product sales models. • Familiarity with integrations like credit bureau APIs, bank statement analyzers, and third-party risk rating tools. • Existing network within the NBFC/fintech ecosystem.
