About UniVision UniVision (A Division of FACT) is a career clarity & college planning company for high-school students (Grades 9–12) . We help students and parents move from confusion to clarity through structured counseling, psychometric insights, and long-term academic planning for India and abroad . Role Overview We are looking for a student-centric, empathetic, and articulate Counselor to join our Dubai office . This role involves guiding students and parents , interpreting aptitude and interest assessments, and helping families make informed academic and career decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students (Grades 9–12) Guide parents on subject selection, career pathways, and college planning Interpret aptitude/interest/personality assessments Assist students in profile building (academics, activities, positioning) Maintain structured session notes and follow-ups Monthly visit to other GCC countries to meet students and parents Coordinate with internal teams for workshops, seminars, and orientations Represent UniVision with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Ideal Candidate Profile Education in Psychology Background in Education, Counseling, or Career Guidance Experience working with students, parents, or educational institutions Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi an advantage) Calm, patient, and confident personality Comfortable discussing careers, courses, countries, and universities Organized, ethical, and detail-oriented What We Offer Structured training and mentoring Exposure to international education systems Meaningful work impacting students’ lives Growth opportunities within a growing education brand Competitive compensation (based on experience) 📩 How to Apply Send your CV + a brief note on why you want to work with students to: sunil@fact24.us Subject line: Application – UniVision Counselor (Dubai)
