Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for Aerosol production filling activities 2. Manpower allotment as per the production planning received from the department 3. Sample of each batch of aerosol products to be submitted to QC for approval, and follow the SOP procedure during filling. 4. Supervision of aerosol line for quality & and quantity 5. To ensure the SOP is being followed by the plant in all production processes for aerosol 6. To submit a daily aerosol production report to the Production Manager at the EOD 7. Responsible for the dispatch of aerosol and non-aerosol products, respectively 8. Based on the monthly finished good requirement schedule, will prepare Production Planning as per availability of DC and PM (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) 9. Will send production requisition sheet to the stores department (PPC) for DC and PM requirement 10. Based on the availability of DC and PM, will prepare the production sheet and send it to the department. 11. DC production is to be monitored daily 12. To coordinate with the plant maintenance team for any breakdown work 13. To prepare daily production and planning and submit to management via WhatsApp and email. Why work with us: 1. Required Candidate profile: 1. B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma or Degree in Engineering 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in using MS Office, SAP, 4. Knowledge of Budgeting, Cost Control, and Quality Control 5. 4-5 years of experience in Production, and developing production schedules of aerosol and Bulk packaging. 6. Maintain the Production plan and strategies. 7. Leadership Abilities, Problem-solving, and Decision-making. 8. To identify and address production issues promptly, Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Preferred candidate profile As per industry norms
