Job Description:

Colliers (REMS) is looking for a Facility Executive – Procurement & Purchase to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination and purchase operations related to facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day procurement and purchase activities.

2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and material requirements.

3. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

4. Prepare purchase requests and coordinate purchase order processing.

5. Follow up on material delivery and ensure timely availability.

6. Maintain procurement records, invoices and supporting documents.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for purchase approvals.

8. Monitor vendor performance and maintain vendor relationships.

9. Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline; relevant procurement or supply chain qualification preferred.

2. Experience in procurement, purchase or vendor management.

3. Knowledge of quotation comparison and purchase documentation.

4. Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

5. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
