Job Summary

Prosperiti Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, safety compliance, cost efficiency, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and safety systems, lifts, and DG sets.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and handle breakdown maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and applicable legal requirements.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility support staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve occupant complaints and service-related issues.
• Prepare and monitor facility budgets, maintenance expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain facility records, maintenance reports, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in real estate, residential facility management, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP services, and safety compliance.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC coordination, and cost control.
• Good team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple facility operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
