Hi All, I have applied for MIS profile in Facile as mentioned in the career site but at time of interview they are asking for SQL which is not mentioned in career site. This is very bad thing for the candidate who is lives out of City .

Facile is a good company The interview process was little slow, but HR are good HR Nikita briefed me before the interview which is really appreciated

Very poor HR analysis. They don't even see the documents properly before offering the package. And when we try to make them understand they just blame upper management. They Can't read a profile only in first place how anyone can believe on such recruiters.

The official notice period is three months, but if you resign, they will release you within a day.

worst company ever.do not go on their review part.they make people write their review. management is worst.manager like Rohit they are just unaware of the process .changing teams monthly.worst company i have ever worked with. rating should be -5. i suggest you people do not join this company and suffer.
