Key Responsibilities : Coordinate with Wapi Municipal Corporation and relevant departments for data collection, verification, and validation required for the Development Plan. Maintain systematic documentation of datasets, communication records, and progress files. Perform data cleaning, formatting, and primary analysis for preparation of base maps and reports. Prepare weekly progress reports and assist in periodic presentation of project status. Support preparation of technical reports, planning documents, and relevant deliverables. Collaborate with FMPL core team through MS Teams and ensure alignment of tasks and project updates. Participate in field visits, surveys, and coordination meetings as required. Extend support in Solid Waste Management and Urban Infrastructure projects through supervision, reporting, and documentation activities post-DP assignment. Desired Skill Set: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS/ArcGIS) preferred. Strong aptitude for data organization, analysis, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. Ability to coordinate effectively with client officers and internal teams. Positive work attitude, discipline, and commitment to timelines. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering. Master’s Degree in Urban or Regional Planning will be an added advantage. Experience Requirement: 0–3 years of professional experience in urban planning, data analysis, or consultancy assignments related to planning and infrastructure.
