Hi All, I have applied for MIS profile in Facile as mentioned in the career site but at time of interview they are asking for SQL which is not mentioned in career site. This is very bad thing for the candidate who is lives out of City .

Very poor HR analysis. They don't even see the documents properly before offering the package. And when we try to make them understand they just blame upper management. They Can't read a profile only in first place how anyone can believe on such recruiters.
