Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dermatologist, ideal for a recent graduate (MD/DNB/DDVL) or a professional with 1-2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong patient base in a supportive and modern clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Conducting consultations with patients to assess their skin and hair concerns. Diagnosing and managing common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, fungal infections, and hair loss. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and advising on appropriate skincare regimens. Performing basic dermatological and cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, comedone extraction, and advising on laser therapies. (Hands-on training can be provided for specific procedures). Educating patients on preventative skin care and the long-term management of chronic conditions. Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements, treatments, and research in the field of dermatology. Collaborating with our team of aestheticians and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications and Skills: Required: Post-graduate degree in Dermatology (MD, DNB, or DDVL) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) is mandatory. 0-2 years of post-qualification clinical experience. Strong foundational knowledge in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology. Desired: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centric approach. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatments. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a significant advantage.
