Job Objective Candidate should be capable of independently executing Turnkey project/ HVAC / Cleanroom / Modular and MEP Projects with specialisation in Pharmaceutical Machineries. Should have good team management skills. Principal Accountabilities · This job demands multiple responsibilities of executing HVAC and Modular, and MEP projects. In a project Installation of Pharmaceutical Machinery. · Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution, liaising with subordinates to get things done within the scheduled duration. Handling the testing & commissioning of the entire HVAC System. · Taking handover from the sales team & kick off with the engineering team. · Understanding the job scope & specifications. · Coordinating with Planning and down the down-the-line Execution team to get the execution drawings prepared along with the BOQ. · All project-related documentation is prepared and approved as the job progresses. · CRM with an eye on repeat business. · Project execution with respect to MS Projects, review with team members. · Reporting to management on project progress and critical issues. · Preparing budget requirements and getting them approved by management. · Billing and collection estimations · Getting Macro & Micro reports prepared from the team and monitoring the same daily. · Handling contractor and contract employees. · Project completion reports from the customer with a letter of appreciation. Education · BE/ ME/ M.tech (Mechanical) Knowledge and skill set · Through knowledge of designing of HVAC/ Modular Partition panels · Knowledge of pharmaceutical utilities with detailed knowledge of process and validation. · Knowledge of ISO norms, guidelines such as USFDA, UKMHRA, WHO etc… Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,878.58 - ₹48,162.30 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
