Role Overview: We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, explain solar solutions, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and company services Generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team Maintain daily call logs and update customer databases Follow up with interested leads for conversion Support sales team with customer coordination Achieve daily/weekly calling targets Skills & Requirements Strong communication and convincing ability Basic computer knowledge (Excel & word preferred) Positive attitude & target-oriented approach Ability to handle customer queries politely Marathi speaker Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
