Job Description

We are looking for a Fabric Supervisor to manage fabric inspection, handling, storage, and issue processes, ensuring quality standards and production requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise fabric receiving, inspection, and storage
Ensure fabric quality as per standards before cutting/production
Maintain fabric inventory and issue records
Control fabric defects, shade variation, and wastage
Coordinate with cutting, production, and quality teams
Ensure proper fabric handling and housekeeping
Prepare daily fabric status and reports

Requirements:

Experience as a Fabric Supervisor in textile/garment industry
Knowledge of fabric types, defects, and inspection systems
Ability to manage staff and workflow
Basic documentation and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
