Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to ensure a smooth enrollment experience for candidates on our platform. This role combines elements of customer support and recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through our AI interview process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-growing HR tech startup. Key Responsibilities Call and guide candidates to complete their AI interviews promptly. Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication. Handle candidate queries and collect feedback as part of daily responsibilities. Maintain accurate records by updating recruiter notes, feedback, and candidate trackers. Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure engagement and completion of hiring steps. Collaborate with reporting managers to understand role requirements and priorities. Post job openings across relevant platforms and manage incoming applications. Support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives when needed. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to till the AI call has been done. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus, but not mandatory). 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a customer-facing role (internships welcome). Basic knowledge of the recruitment process and candidate screening. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
