The interior designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met. You will also be expected to comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes. Outline client design objectives. Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Source materials and products included in plans. Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. Utilize computer applications/software's in the design process. Define project requirements and schedule during the brief Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. Work with interior design team to develop design solutions Set costs and project fees according to budget Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects Prepare and participate in client presentations Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices Preferred candidate profile B.Arch/B.Tech/Diploma or BSc degree in interior Design or similar Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs Excellent portfolio of previous works Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Communication and presentation skills Project management skills .

1.Role & responsibilities Plan, schedule, organize, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules Quantity take off and cost estimating Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors Develop and implement quality control programs Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients Consistent follow up with vendors on all project related action items Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff Coordinators need to manage change effectively by assessing the impact, communicating changes to stakeholders, and adjusting project plans accordingly. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors Degree in technical field of study Engineering or Construction Management preferred - Minimum of 2 - 3 years comprehensive civil interior construction management experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project) - Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat - Experience in computerized scheduling systems; Sure Trak, Microsoft Project, etc. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Lite - Extreme attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work independently - Excellent communication skills written and oral - Possess valid drivers license and dependable transportation
