Select proper cutting tools, gases, and machine settings for different materials and thicknesses. Load and unload metal sheets/plates safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues. Maintain documentation of programs, production output, and machine logs. Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines. Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications and Skills: ITI / Diploma / Certification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or CNC Operation. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CNC Plasma Cutting (programming and operation). Proficiency in CNC programming software such as AutoCAD, FastCAM, or similar. Strong knowledge of metals and cutting parameters for MS, SS, and aluminum sheets/plates. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files.
