The Role We invite applications for the position of Social Media & Culture Manager who is a part hustler, part thinker, part tastemaker. We’re entering a growth phase, new clients, spec ads, and brand films. This role exists to help us scale visibility and revenue, not just “manage things.” This is a role for someone who understands culture, storytelling, and digital behaviour , and knows how to translate creative work into consistent brand presence and meaningful engagement. In this role, you will work directly with the founder, shaping how Fableman shows up online. From content strategy and tone of voice to community building and inbound visibility. Your Mission (If you choose to accept it) Content Calendar: Plan, conceptualise, and execute monthly content calendars while building a distinct brand language Social Media Management & Content Execution: Maintain, improve, and grow the brand’s digital presence Enquiry Management & Community Interaction: Manage DMs, inquiries, comments, and overall brand experience Team Coordination: Work with our content production and performance marketing teams for regular content and paid campaigns Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Track weekly performance trends and suggest improvements System Building & Process Management: Help establish systems for a growing production house Ideal Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, copy writing or brand marketing , preferably in fashion, lifestyle, advertising, or creative industries Strong understanding of Instagram-first content , trends, formats, and platform behaviour Can think conceptually and execute consistently Has an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and cultural relevance Comfortable coordinating with creatives, editors, and performance teams Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment Clear communicator who can take ownership without constant supervision Brownie Points: Experience working with creators, agencies, or production houses What We Offer Growth: Play a pivotal role as part of our core team, where your contributions will shape Fableman’s future.
