Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in both the commercial and residential segments. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, contractors, corporates, builders, and homeowners. Promote and sell our wide range of furniture products (modular kitchens, office furniture, sofas, chairs, etc.). Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Conduct site visits for project discussions, measurements, and client consultations. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Good network with architects, contractors, or builders will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
