Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and providing exceptional customer service and support. This role also involves following up on inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns, and achieving sales targets set by the management team. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Proficiency in Customer Support Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
