Role Description FAB Analytics is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst who is responsible to do the following: Help in supporting our clients to develop result-driven strategies, including preparation and managing detailed operating / valuation / fundraise models, company reports, financial ratios & return analysis, etc. Work directly with key business stakeholders to produce detailed and robust Excel models consistently in accordance with the FAST standard and FAB modelling style for analysing their business historical and future performance. Develop flexible and transparent financial models for Merger & Acquisition, Corporate fund raise, Project Finance transactions. Review financial models and effectively administer the model QC processes. Prepare information memorandum, pitch books and teasers. Work on process automation using programming languages like VBA and Python. Continuously accumulate knowledge of business context, sector specific terms and model logics across all FAB key service lines. Proactively seeks to increase responsibility level as capabilities develop. Work effectively in a team, supporting or working alongside other team members. Take responsibility for the quality of the work delivered. Required Background / Skills: Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English. Eligibility criteria: Work Experience: Experienced, between 0-3 years of full time experience.
