Develop flexible and transparent financial models for Merger & Acquisition, Corporate fund raise, Project Finance transactions. Review financial models and effectively administer the model QC processes. Prepare information memorandum, pitch books and teasers. Work on process automation using programming languages like VBA and Python. Continuously accumulate knowledge of business context, sector specific terms and model logics across all FAB key service lines. Proactively seeks to increase responsibility level as capabilities develop. Work effectively in a team, supporting or working alongside other team members. Take responsibility for the quality of the work delivered. Required Background / Skills: Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English.
