Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide product and service information clearly and courteously. Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent. 0–3 years of experience in customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Customer-first approach with a positive and patient attitude. Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
