Job Description: We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Yelahanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee salary-related queries. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and shift details Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Finance departments for smooth payroll operations Handle full and final settlements (F&F), bonus, arrears, and other adjustments Ensure timely generation of payslips, Form 16, and payroll reports Reconcile payroll-related entries with the finance team Address employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and tax Keep updated with changes in payroll laws and statutory obligations Assist in audits and maintain required payroll documentation Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance or related field 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing (preferably in a manufacturing setup) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.) Knowledge of payroll software/tools (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho, or similar) Understanding of Indian statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential data responsibly Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
