Position Overview As a Senior Frontend Developer at F22 Labs, you will play a critical role in building scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life. While this is an individual contributor role, you'll be expected to lead by examplewriting clean, maintainable code, introducing best practices, and supporting junior developers when needed. Your expertise will help us push boundaries in user experience and frontend engineering. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, performant frontend architectures using ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript. Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to deliver high-quality features. Write modular, maintainable code and ensure code quality through regular reviews. Optimize web performance to ensure fast load times and responsive UI. Integrate GraphQL APIs effectively for seamless data management. Craft responsive and visually stunning interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Write and maintain comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Vitest, and Cypress. Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries. Apply SEO best practices to ensure applications are optimized for search engines. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly to ensure a smooth user experience. Stay updated with the latest in frontend technology and bring innovative ideas to the team. Qualifications And Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript. Strong understanding of the DOM, component lifecycle, and frontend performance optimization. Proficient in using build tools and bundlers like Webpack or Vite. Experience integrating and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions. Solid experience working with GraphQL and consuming APIs efficiently. Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS and building modern, responsive UIs. Excellent testing skillsunit testing with Jest or Vitest and E2E testing with Cypress. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar. Understanding of core SEO principles and their application in modern web apps. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. Good To Have (Bonus Points) Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time updates. Experience with WebRTC for audio/video applications. Knowledge of Framer Motion for animations and micro-interactions.
