Job description Role & responsibilities I. Talent Acquisition (70%): End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the real estate domain (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Construction, Design, Finance, etc.). Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, industry-specific forums, and direct outreach. Job Description & Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling and accurate job descriptions that clearly outline role requirements and responsibilities. Post job openings on relevant platforms. Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough resume screening, initial telephonic interviews, and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with F Tech Solution's values. Interview Coordination: Efficiently manage interview schedules, gather feedback from interview panels, and provide timely updates to candidates. Offer Management: Extend offer letters, negotiate compensation (if required), and ensure smooth pre-onboarding formalities. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting F Tech Solution as an employer of choice in the real estate sector. II. HR Operations (30%): Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate the seamless onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and they are well-integrated into the company. HR Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (both physical and digital) in compliance with company policies and labor laws. HRIS Management: Utilize and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for employee data management, attendance, leave tracking, etc. Employee Relations Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and basic grievances. Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as needed. Policy Adherence: Assist in communicating and ensuring employee adherence to company HR policies and procedures. Statutory Compliance Support : Provide support in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Performance Management Support: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and basic coordination. HR Reports & Analytics: Generate basic HR reports and provide data for analysis (e.g., recruitment TAT, attrition, headcount). Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus. 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on talent acquisition within the Real Estate or Construction industry is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment cycles. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS. Solid organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic Indian labor laws and HR compliance. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
