We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to lead our Bareilly operations, driving both sales and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, generating new business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building a strong local team. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive sales growth within the Bareilly territory through effective lead management, customer engagement, and relationship building. Identify and onboard new clients, housing societies, and institutional partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for service enrollments and revenue. Handle local partnerships and promotional activities to build brand visibility. Prepare and review daily/weekly sales reports and funnel data. Operations & Service Delivery Supervise daily operations at the Bareilly office, ensuring seamless service delivery. Oversee field executives, onboarding staff, and agents to maintain supply-demand balance. Monitor the placement process end-to-end — from sourcing to deployment. Handle customer escalations promptly and ensure 100% client satisfaction. Conduct audits and process checks to maintain service quality and compliance. Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a small team of field officers, telecallers, and support staff. Motivate and guide the team to achieve both individual and collective goals. Ensure coordination between sales, operations, and head office for smooth functioning. Local Market & Community Engagement Understand local market dynamics, language, and cultural nuances to improve communication and conversions. Establish relationships with apartment associations, local agents, and referral partners. Conduct ground activations, surveys, and awareness drives to increase visibility. Communication & Reporting Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels. Maintain MIS for sales, leads, placements, and service feedback. Report performance metrics and key insights to management weekly. Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in service industry (e.g., facility management, manpower services, home services, healthcare, or hospitality). Education: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi and local dialects; basic English preferred. Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and lead tracking tools. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally and work on-ground when required.
